What should I expect during my first visit to Habitat?

Upon arrival, we will provide a brief orientation to the facilities and safety guidelines. We recommend showering before entering the space. This is a self guided experience however most people enjoy spending 10-15 minutes in the sauna, but listen to your body and exit if you feel uncomfortable. After the sauna, take a cool shower then plunge into the cold pool for 30-60 seconds. Beginners can start with just putting their feet in the cold water and gradually immerse themselves. Rest for a few minutes between cycles in one of our relaxation areas. You can repeat the sauna and cold plunge cycle 2-4 times
