Membership Policy
Memberships  non-refundable and are for a 4 week period and will auto-renew at the end of the membership period until terminated. Memberships provide access to all 1.5 hr sessions and Rise & Shine but excludes specialty events. When booking, the membership can be used for multiple participants (up to 3 others) depending on "visits" left in your membership. 
*Gift cards cannot be used to purchase memberships.
Plunge Pass Policy

The plunge pass is non-refundable and has no expiry. Plunge passes provide access to all our 1.5 hour sessions and Rise & Shine sessions but do not apply to specialty events. (soundbath, fitness, yoga) When booking, the plunge pass can be used for multiple participants (up to 3 others) depending on "visits" left on your plunge pass.

*Weekday Plunge Pass excludes Saturday and Sunday sessions.
