MAY 11 @ 8pm and MAY 30 @ 8pm Enjoy this outdoor class surrounded by nature in our newly enclosed covered pergola. You will be lead through breathwork, meditation and a sound bath. Please bring warm, comfortable clothing and a blanket. *A mat, pillow and eye cover will be provided.
